Working within our high performing HR Talent Team, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your ‘A’ Player skills, attracting, screening, interviewing, and securing brilliant talent into Rituals.
This role would suit some-one ready to move from agency to in-house, or some-one with current internal recruiter experience.
Location: Usually this role would be based full time in our London Covent Garden office, although currently in line with government guidance our office staff are currently working a hybrid model.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Your key aim will be to source, screen, interview and secure great candidates with the right skills, behaviours, and values into our teams (Retail & Head Office).
Recruitment Admin – Manage our ATS (Smart Recruiters) and job board postings. Attend weekly business update meetings.
You’ll work in partnership with senior stakeholders across the business to identify their people needs, and own, organise and deliver the end-to-end recruitment process for your allocated roles.
Manage new starter process on our HRIS System (Workday).
Taking ownership for your own success, you’ll have responsibility for delivering A players into the business within agreed timescales.
Acting as Brand Ambassador, you’ll increase company awareness and drive our employer brand both internally and externally with your online presence and by attending external recruitment events.
Comfortable working at pace, confident in prioritising workloads, with agility to move quickly to changing demands, you’ll support the delivery of a consumer grade recruitment process, ensuring every candidate has a seamless journey.

Recruitment experience – you can demonstrate key achievements with a strong ability to deliver quality candidates to tight deadlines. Identify, build, and retain strong relationships, developing talent pools for the future and securing the best people to work in our teams.
A key player for the success of business growth you’ll be someone dedicated to working collaboratively while owning your own busy workload, comfortable working in a constantly changing environment, and committed to supporting our growth and ambitious business goals.
A people person, that enjoys relationship building, with strong EQ to spot the need for a change in approach, strong resilience to keep engagement high, and speed of thought to pull new solutions and ideas into the mix while thinking on your feet.
Highly organised you’ll have exceptional time management and prioritisation skills, with the courage to professionally manage expectation.
