We are actively seeking enthusiastic, outgoing and persuasive individuals to join our dynamic team of Brand Ambassadors. As the backbone of Ritello and the bridge between clients and the company, our Brand Ambassadors are responsible for face-to-face promotions, building customer relationships and driving sales in high-traffic locations in the Charleston area.

Our work setting includes:

• Modern office setting

Shift Availability:

• 10:00am – 8:00pm Monday-Friday
• 10am – 2pm Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one presentations for new and existing customers.
• Respond to questions relating to customer service inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve billing inquiries, perform account adjustments, negotiate payment arrangements and deposit amounts
• Stick to your schedule, show up for work on time, and bring positive energy and professionalism.
• Travel to conferences and events.
• Interact with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Attend company-wide meetings.
• Participate in summits and expositions.
• Participate in social media (Facebook, Twitter, blogs).
• Participate in forums and communities.
• Meet sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• Previous Customer Service/Sales experience highly recommended.
• At least 18 years of age
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have flexibility in your schedule, which allows you to plan your day for maximum success.
• Have a naturally positive attitude with demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills. Communication is the key to our business at all levels.
• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $750.00 – $2,500.00 per week
