• Clearly and rapidly document customer issues via email, chat, and helpdesk ticketing system
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Sales team to drive customer issues to resolution, provide all relevant feedback to the Product team
• Respond to high-impact customer escalations in a fashion that inspires continued customer loyalty
• Keep detailed records of of customer interactions, their outcomes, and proposals to improve the customer experience in the future
• Provide regular reporting to the Customer Support Manager
• Other duties as and when required by management

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
