Risus Talent Partners Hiring for Customer Service Manager at Greater Boston Full Time

Overview:

• Risus is hiring a Customer Service and Design Department Manager to join our largest client! The Customer Service and Design Department Manager will facilitate effective communication between our Customer Service and Design Department Teams. Additionally, this role will work cross-functionally with our Production and Shipping departments to ensure that our clients are getting exceptional service and products. This is a full-time, salary role, and will sit on-site in our Westwood, MA office location.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the Customer Service Team, including problem-solving and additional training as needed.
• Manage and enhance internal and external customer relationships, focusing on improving communication with various departments.
• Handle personnel matters, such as scheduling, hiring, and terminations of Customer Service Representatives.
• Oversee and enhance the training program for new hires.
• Facilitate productive communication through daily Production Meetings, aiming to coordinate Production, Shipping, and Customer Service efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in the manufacturing, packaging, or print industry
• Design and/or IT experience strongly preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
