Risk & Insurance Consultants Hiring for Commercial Insurance Account Executive Full Time

We are looking for employee partners to lead an account management team, work side by side with our Clients & Producer and facilitate new business opportunities while also maintaining a current book of business with a historical 97% retention. Responsibilities:

• Work hand-in-hand with the Producer to meet the needs of the client.
• Manage a book of commercial insurance by marketing new business, renewing existing business, and analyzing coverage and risk exposure.
• Build relationships with current and prospective clients to better serve them and their portfolio of insurance policies.
• Perform coverage comparisons, contract reviews, and negotiate with underwriters, as necessary.
• Oversee all invoicing, paperwork, and internal processing of assigned accounts.
• Prepare s, proposals, and other documentation.
• Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and Assistant Account Managers.
• Perform other duties and projects, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance Agent License (required)
• Commercial Insurance Account Management experience (required)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• AMS360 experience a plus
• Interest in leadership and mentoring
• Possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude and be a team player
• At least 7 years of Commercial Insurance Account Management experience is preferred for the Account Executive position. Any applicants with less than 7 years of industry experience are still invited to apply, but will be considered for other available opportunities within the company.
