Insurance Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Insurance Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing insurance accounts and helping clients understand their policies and coverage. You must have exceptional communication and customer service skill in order to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities:

– Manage and maintain client insurance policies to ensure proper coverage and accuracy.

– Provide guidance and advice to clients on their insurance policies

– Track and update policy information in the system

– Communicate with insurance carriers to ensure coverage and policies meet the client’s needs

– Ensure client accounts remain in good standing

– Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner

– Follow up with clients to resolve any issues or discrepancies

– Generate insurance documents, such as renewals, certificates and invoices

– Analyze risk and recommend adjustments

Qualifications:

– 3+ years of experience in insurance

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

– Strong attention to detail

– Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

– Knowledge of insurance principles, coverage, and trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
