This company offer specialist manufactured products that our supplied to a range of industries around the globe. The business has a global presence with multiple UK sites, but still maintains a fantastic team culture at each individual site. They have boasted great retention through the Covid period and are looking to continue to develop their team in line with further increases in orders.

In this role you will be the sole IT helpdesk function for a busy manufacturing site employing roughly 80 staff. You will Report to the IT Manager based at another site and have regular contact to ensure you can do the job properly and develop your skillset. Your primary duty is to provide first line desktop support for all local and occasionally regional computer infrastructure.
