They are seeking an additional Senior Project Manager at their Oxford managed site to lead multi-million-pound construction and FM projects.

In this senior role you’ll be planning and managing high-value and specialist projects .liaising with clients directly through to managing these big scale projects on site.

THE ROLE:
*Planning and reviewing incoming complex projects
*Liaising with clients directly – producing reports updating them about the progress of projects
*Main contact between the business, client and stakeholders
*Based in Didcot

THE PERSON:
*Previous experience in a Project Management role (min 5-years)
*Construction/Facilities Management/Building Services background
*Experience working on high-value projects
*Knowledge of NEC4 Contracts and use of CEMAR desirable
*Client facing experience
