This role provides an excellent opportunity to work within an ambitious Civil Engineering consultancy business. Due to continuous growth, there is an opportunity for a chartered Principal Engineer to join the growing team in offices based in the Scottish Highlands.

The ideal candidate will be able to work on a variety of civil engineering projects including piers and bridges. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable leading other engineers, and willing to aid in the training of Graduate Engineers.

The Role:
*Managing Civil Engineering projects
*Preparation of costed proposals
*Opportunity for Progression

The Person:
*A good degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
*Membership of the Institution of Civil Engineers/Structural Engineers (CEng MICE/MIStructE)
*Experience working on Marine or Bridge projects
*Looking for progression up to Directorship
*Ability and willingness to oversee the work of junior colleagues
