Are you from a Quality/Technical Management background with experience working within BRC Accredited Food Manufacturers, looking for an autonomous role where you will have the opportunity to progress to senior directorship where you will can have a real impact on the companies operations?

This company are market leaders within the Food Manufacturing industry. This company are experiencing a rapid period of growth as they begin to distribute to a wider audience of retailers across the UK. Due to growth of the company, my client is looking for a Technical Manager to oversee the Technical departments Operations with the scope to eventually progress onto the board of Directors.

This role would be suitable for anyone that wants to progress within the next 1-3 years to a director level position in a role where you will have full autonomy, opportunity to gain industry recognised qualifications and be rewarded with impressive bonuses’.

The Role:
*Running the overall technical department including supervisors and technicians.
*Leading internal audits.
*Dealing with blue-chip commercial clients to drive.
*Factory/Office based, commutable from Swansea, Llanelli, Ammanford, Bridgend, Pontypridd, Porthcawl and nearby areas

The Person:
*Quality / Technical Management background
*Worked alongside BRC accredited Food Manufacturers.
*Motivated and wants progression to directorship.
