CNC Technical Support Engineer

£35,000 – £45,000 + Training + Progression + Company Bonus (15%) + Healthcare + Employee Benefit Scheme + Excellent Benefits

Warwickshire (Commutable from: Coventry, Leamington Spa, Rugby, Stratford-upon-Avon, Rugby, Daventry, and Banbury)

Are you from a CNC / Manufacturing / Engineering background, looking for an office based role, where you will play a key part in an industry leading company, with ongoing training and long term career development?

This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills in a varied and challenging role, where you will act as first line technical support for customers to diagnose probable cause, and scheduling engineers as required.

The company specialise in the supply, installation and service of high performance CNC Machinery throughout the UK. Due to their continued success, they have grown year on year and are looking to continue in their expansion.

The ideal candidate will come from a Technical / Engineering background with scheduling or service coordination experience, looking for an office based and customer focused role.

The Role:

• Providing first line technical support to customers via phone, Teams, and emails, working in support of the Service Engineer team
• Diagnosing probable cause and try to cure the problem without dispatching an engineer
• Scheduling of Service Engineers as required
• Identifying any parts required and liaising with parts department to organise their dispatch
• Office based, Monday to Friday role

The Person:

• Worked within a technical field with fault diagnosis experience
• Scheduling / service coordination experience
• Any experience within CNC or machine shop would be advantageous (training provided)
• Excellent communication skills
• Good IT literacy with packages such as Microsoft Office
