Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing and dedicated Customer Care Agents to suppor.t our customers in a fully remote environment. You should be an individual who is driven to help customers by answering questions and providing useful information with a goal of one call resolution. You are the front line of support to our customers and a very important part of the company.

What You Will Do

• Act as a first point of contact for in-bound customer service inquiries via telephone
• Process requests for service changes
• Update and maintain account details with accurate data
• Process additions, cancellations and reconciliations of active customers
