About The Role

We’re looking for great founding engineers to join a team building a new product in the security and compliance space. This is a high ownership, impact, and visibility role building a product that will create a step change in Rippling’s growth.

What You’ll Do

Produce quality software that is shipped incrementally and continually at a high velocity

Have a lot of clear ownership over your product sub-area

Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, PMs, and fellow engineers to plan features to help bring a high quality product to market

Interact with early customers and support them in being successful with the new product

Provide thoughtful feedback to your peers, and benefit from strong mentorship yourself

Qualifications

3+ years of experience shipping production code using modern full-stack technologies and standard methodologies. We use Python and Django on the backend with React, TypeScript and JavaScript on the frontend. It’s okay to not have experience with these specific languages/framework, we’ll ramp you up

Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive in unstructured environments and enjoy identifying big problems in addition to solving them

Strong product intuition: you understand what makes a product great and are able to iterate on improvements quickly
