We are looking for a Talent and Resourcing Analyst – Executive Talent who possesses strong analytical skills with the ability to take complex data and distil key points for appropriate audiences.

This is a great opportunity to join the global Executive Talent Team in a key role supporting all Executive Talent processes ensuring the Areas of Expertise (AoE) team, Head of Talent and Exco have access to quality information about employees to enable decision-making and talent management.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Executive Talent and working to support a small and global team with the ability to operate flexibly, you will be:

• Sourcing, information from internal systems and tools to update and deliver accurate reporting and metrics on talent, resourcing and Inclusion & Diversity (I&D);
• Supporting presentation design and development for critical leadership meetings;
• Maintaining sensitive data and information as well as accurate records on talent and resourcing related projects;
• Maintaining master succession planning and talent movement documents;
• Introducing automation and technology solutions where applicable to aid productivity improvements, particularly in analytics and reporting;
• Co-ordinate benchmarking activities to ensure leading practice is understood and introduced in the Executive Talent space;
• Supporting the global team with general administration on recruitment processes including interview scheduling and general candidate engagement.

What you will bring

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify key points from large amounts of data
• An understanding of data presentation tools with an emphasis on communicating in a simple and effective way;
• A systematic and organised approach, able to provide forward planning view of activities and manage own time and negotiate deadlines with multiple customers;
• Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix structure across different time zones;
• Ability to develop strong and supportive relationships with peer group and draw on others for support, and input where needed;
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly MS Excel – Access is desirable.
