We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our TA team in UT, CA, AZ, or IL. The TAP is energetic, collaborative and has a demonstrated track record of developing strategic recruitment plans, creatively sourcing potential candidates, and ensuring an outstanding both candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction. Reporting to the Manager – Marketplace, you will:

• Build strong trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers to understand their business and staffing requirements, ensuring the highest quality of candidates are presented in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies for various locations
• Leverage professional networking, internet resources, social media, direct sourcing techniques, alumni organizations and professional sites to source diverse internal and candidates.
• Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the talent acquisition process.
• Collaborate with other members of the Talent Team to drive talent acquisition efficiencies and performance.
• Consult with hiring managers regarding current and future headcount needs, candidate selection, and initial on-boarding processes.
• Advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing skills, talent acquisition process, and retention.
• Manage candidate and job information in our Applicant Tracking System.
• Other duties and additional projects as assigned

What you’ll bring

• A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
• In-depth end-to-end recruitment experience
• Tech savvy and curious
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Good command of social media tools usage (LinkedIn, Indeed, SmashFly…)
• Experience with an ATS (Cornerstone preferred)
• Ability to partner with the HR teams to harmonize the hiring process
• Experience in the mining industry is an asset
