Talent Acquisition Coordinator
About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a 6 month contract who will provide support to our team of Talent Acquisition Partners. In particular this role will support our amazing Female Frontline Leadership Development Program which will result in hiring into all the Rio Tinto Aluminium sites across APAC East in 2022. This is a high profile, high volume recruitment process in which you will be liaising with lots of stakeholders and candidates. Based at our Brisbane central hub on Charlotte Street, we also offer flexibility to work from home and also on start/finish time – standard is 40 hrs pw/8 hrs per day.
