The Developer/Programmer will work directly with our Chief Technology Officer to help maintain, upgrade, and build upon our call center service. You should be able to write APIs, build Windows applications, authenticate tokens, and develop various solutions for our system.

You have a CTO mindset to improve our call center agent interface while also keeping our customers’ wants and needs in mind.

Part of this role will be troubleshooting and diagnosing issues within our system, so we will provide extensive training and guidance as you learn our product. Our Chief Technology Officer will work closely with you to provide the insights you’ll need, as well as give you a roadmap to success.

You will work with our teams to make changes and additions to our software that will allow us to offer additional products to our customers.

Ideal Candidate: You are an independent, problem-solving, proactive communicator who can deliver on development tasks, identify additional needs, and build deliverables as we expand our suite of features and maintain our systems. You understand the importance of prioritization and don’t get bogged down trying to deliver perfect solutions. A working final product that can be improved upon is better than the perfect code that no one ever sees.

Requirements:

• Located in the Suffolk, NY Area – strongly preferred.

• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years hands on experience in programming/development.

• Proactive Communicator – Our team relies on you to let us know when we can announce launch dates, expect fixes, and deliver solutions.

• Technical: we need solutions to be sound in their execution so that we can continue building off of them in the future.

• Analytical: Part of the job is identifying problems and troubleshooting solutions. You not only have experience in programming but in reading the story other code tells.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of VB, C++, or C#

• Knowledge of .Net

• Using Postman and Web API’s

• Experience in SQL (MySQL, MS SQL, or Oracle)

• Basic Web Technologies (HTML, css, Javascript, etc.)

• Cloud API’s

• Github,

• Windows Desktop Applications

• Client/Server Architecture

Experience with telephony preferred.
