Job Description:

As a Marketing Specialist at our fence distributor company, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share. You will work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional departments to execute marketing campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and generate leads. In this role, you will directly to the Marketing Manager and contribute to the overall success of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote our products and services, targeting various customer segments.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email newsletters, and print collateral.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), and social media advertising.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and lead generation, to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Maintain effective communication and collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to ensure our company remains competitive and innovative.
• Assist in the development of marketing budgets, track expenses, and optimize spending to achieve maximum return on investment.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in the building materials, construction, or related industries is a plus.
