We have an exciting opportunity available currently for a Senior HR Manager, EMEA to be based in either London or Paris.
Position Summary
The Senior Manager, HR will partner with our Leaders in EMEA to help drive our exciting growth. Based in London or Paris, with future occasional travel to offices located throughout Europe, you’ll coach and counsel the leadership team to assist in creating a work environment that is inspiring and highly productive, with a highly collaborative spirit and “make it happen” style.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Enhance the employee experience by partnering with leaders in EMEA on strategic people initiatives
Provide guidance and consultation in support of key business priorities
Collaborate and contribute to the global HR team in identifying, developing, and administrating HR programs
Engage with leaders in addressing employee relations and respond to workforce inquires
Partner with Talent Acquisition in meeting hiring needs throughout EMEA
Assist the centralized compensation and benefits team in ensuring our offerings throughout EMEA are properly administered, communicated, and understood by employees
Drive organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives throughout EMEA
Collaborate with leaders for the merit and promotion processes
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
Professional Experience and Qualifications
Experience
Significant relevant Human Resources experience
Significant HR leadership experience with success across all HR disciplines – policies, programs, talent acquisition, employee and leadership development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and employee matters in a work environment with a matrixed global footprint
Broad EMEA HR experience is a must; and global HR experience for a US-based corporation is highly preferred
Strong employment law experience across EMEA is required
Qualifications and Skills
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen skills with the ability to recommend innovative ideas and approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR to the benefit of the overall business
High integrity and ability to delivery on commitments
Ability to be proactive and highly collaborative across multiple groups and countries
Have a point of view, challenge assumptions and takes initiative
Demonstrates the ability to influence leaders
Ability to build trust and strong relationships with leaders remotely
Solution oriented and acts with a sense of urgency
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
