WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON …

• Enter accounts receivable and accounts payable posting on a daily basis
• Assist with other accounting projects in the office
• Post credit card charges, payment discrepancies, refunds, returns and miscellaneous charges
• Maintain orderly financial filing system and scan documents
• Process orders on system
• Collection Calls
• Interact with vendors
• Answer phones
• Solve complex issue with invoices.
