Digital Sales Administrator

Rightlook.com is seeking a digitally-savvy and results-driven Digital Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a member of the sales and customer service team, you will play a critical role in engaging with our customer base through social media platforms, email, chat and phone communication. ing to the company president, you will be responsible for managing new business leads, handling sales inquiries, and orders, and driving customer outreach and database growth for email marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle sales inquiries, quotes, and orders, and provide excellent customer service
• Drive customer outreach and database growth for email marketing by capturing and analyzing appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices
• Manage sales metrics and customer relationship management software (Hubspot)
• Communicate effectively via social media, chat, email, and phone to assist customers in their buying journey

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing, and social media networks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong interest and aptitude in sales and customer service
• Experience with customer relationship management software
• Ability to multi-task while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team; take initiative independent of direct supervision
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
