We are seeking an experienced Logistic Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will coordinate with sales and service to fulfill customer requirements. Position will identify and achieve department related cost savings, while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating transportation providers to ensure timely movement of shipments.
• Schedule inbound and outbound LTL & TL shipments from all locations and vendors.
• Provide quotes to internal sales and service departments.
• Handle any damage or lost shipments with 3PL.
• Track shipments and communicate as needed.
• Direct communication with Sales Teams on order and shipping status.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $28.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pella, IA 50219: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
