Right now plumbing and services is looking for a Call Center Representative!

This is a part-time position!

We are hiring for the following shifts:
8:00am – 2:00pm (Monday – Friday)

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow with our company. The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport with customers, while providing accurate and timely information. This person must be comfortable talking on the phone with customers and understanding their needs. The goal of this position is to provide customers with information about our products, services, and prices. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers and answering in-house calls. This includes listening to customer needs, determining appropriate services, and explaining our services. This includes but not limited to explaining how our services work or how they may fit into their home or office environment.

Maintaining an open line to other departments within the company. This includes but not limited to responding to requests from customers, sales reps, or other employees. This includes but not limited to forwarding emails from customers, sales reps, or other employees.Maintaining an organized call log of all incoming calls from customers. This includes but not limited to entering customer information into an electronic log system.Maintaining cleanliness of the office area and the phone system at all times. This includes but not limited to sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash cans, etc.Performing other tasks as neededQualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience in customer service (preferred)

Must have own computer for data entry

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
