Right Customer Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist at Alpharetta, GA, US Full Time

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within our organization.

This will sourcing candidates, screening profiles and resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates’ skills and qualifications.

You will also be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from advertising job openings to negotiating employment offers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ skills and qualifications.
• Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Evaluate candidates’ suitability for specific roles and make recommendations to hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and background investigations as necessary.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from advertising job openings to extending employment offers.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in the marketing and advertising industry.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and current hiring trends
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to commute to our office in Alpharetta, GA, at least once per week.
