About the role
Our business is growing rapidly and we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Recruitment and Scheduling Assistant reporting directly the HR manager in our Wagga Wagga office. The newly created role involves the overseeing of a large region, covering the Riverina and Central West, and to facilitate optimal business performance through attracting, engaging and retaining motivated and skilled workers. The ideal candidate is a highly organised individual that prides themselves on their work ethic, is excellent in both written and verbal communication and has a genuine compassionate nature for the elderly and individuals with disability.

The Recruitment and Scheduling Assistant will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all client shifts are filled with appropriately qualified and experienced carers
• Assisting with the smooth coordination of client scheduling
• Liaising with carers
• Contributing to the efficient running of our Wagga Wagga office
• Answering client & carer telephone enquiries and responding in a timely manner
• Recruiting new carers and maintaining appropriate staffing numbers throughout the business
• Communicating with all departments and offices of Right at Home Southern NSW in relation to our workforce

• National Police check and Working with Children Check (paid)
