Successful and growing in-home care, skilled nursing, and long-term care staffing company seeking well-organized and compassionate expert conversationalist for inside sales and accounts receivable role. Best fit is a strong active listener and is motivated to close the deal. Experience in home care, home health care, or hospice is an added bonus but not required. To do well in the role, you should be great at establishing rapport on the phone and have good follow-up skills and be diligent and persistent and be the person who always has your phone close by. Position is remote and requires fielding some inquiry calls on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Inside Sales

• Fielding inquiry calls and emails in real-time, establishing quick rapport, and encouraging callers to open up, with a goal of scheduling in-home assessments to be conducted by other members of the team.

• Coordinate the scheduling of in-home assessments with designated team members.

• Enter all inquiry calls and follow-up communication in CRM.

• Follow up on all inquiry calls in a timely manner to ensure company stays top of mind to prospect clients.

• Enter inquiry callers into CRM drip campaign, and help to provide content for drip campaign communications.

• Be available to field inquiry calls during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Communicate with designated team members about the status of inquiries.

Accounts Receivable

• Track past-due balances owed by current and former clients.

• Contact client or responsible party by phone to arrange receipt of payment.

• Process payments electronically in payment processing portal.

• Document received payment in company billing portal.
