The Office Assistant works closely with the client side of the business helping do client sign ups, upload documents, filing, communicating with clients and their families, as well as assisting with the entire office staff.

• Plays the integral role in helping Right at Home improve the lives of as many people as possible in our community.
• Makes outbound sourcing calls to prospects to see if care is needed. Go out to a potential clients home to do a sign up.
• Conveys a strong need to win, does not give up, and is energized by developing and meeting goals.
• The ideal candidate has a successful sales track record in recruitment and has prior experience working in the home care or healthcare industries.
• Strong communication and computer skills with Microsoft Office experience.
• Assist the marketing team with marketing preparations, such as setting up marketing materials, giveaways, etc.

The desired candidate will possess the following :

• High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
• Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
• Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
• Must have a valid New Jersey drivers license
