The Talent Manager will impact all aspects of our business through talent recruitment and development. This is a full-time, 40 hour/week, hybrid remote, exempt position that reports to the Director of People and has no direct reports.

Responsibilities and expectations include but are not limited to:

Recruiting

• Own end-to-end recruiting inclusive of posting jobs, managing scheduling for interviews, candidate communication, screenings, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective hires by leveraging multiple online sourcing sites including Indeed, ZipRecruiter and LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals and networks.
• Develop and oversee an applicant tracking system to streamline process from introduction to close.
• Conduct initial interviews of applicants to determine cultural fit with firm and skillset fit for role and allocate responsibilities among broader team for follow-up interviews.
• Build and manage a standardized system for gathering feedback to speed-up and improve hiring decision- making.
• Foster collaborative partnerships with Leadership and hiring managers to deliver an excellent recruiting experience.
• Provide oversight, guidance, and leadership on hiring goals and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers to create job postings, ideal candidate profiles, and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
• Research current market rate for open positions and suggest appropriate salary ranges
• Partner with hiring managers to prepare competitive and informed offer recommendations
• Create and maintain network of candidates for positions as they become available

Onboarding

• Oversee pre-boarding process, ensuring clarity and unity among Leadership, hiring manager, teammates, and new employee as to role and expectations, and to provide new employee with a warm welcome to the firm.
• Work with hiring managers to deliver an excellent onboarding experience, including configuration of systems and workspace, training, calendaring of onboarding activities, benefits forms, and paperwork, etc.
• Work with our new hires through onboarding and beyond to ensure their success, including scheduled check-ins, 360 feedback, new hire survey, etc.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Work experience: a minimum of 3 years recruiting and onboarding experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience
• Highly proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills (integrity, humility, respect, empathy)
• Ability to work independently but also be a proactive contributing team member
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on projects effectively

Pay: $120,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
