Water Sport Equipment manufacturing company in need of an Accounting Clerk. Must be highly motivated, positive attitude, organized with strong attention to detail and sense of urgency needed to achieve results.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to focus
- Computer literate with emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Word
- Discretion and professionalism in handling financial/accounting/business matters
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
Experience using QuickBooks Enterprise is a plus
Duties may include:
- Assistant to company Officers and Sales Manager
- Answering emails promptly (any technical responses will be assisted as needed)
- Providing general office administrative support
- Filing and data entry
- Basic accounting tasks as directed
