RIE Coatings LLC Hiring for Shipping and Receiving Help Needed at Eden Valley, MN Full Time

RIE Coatings, located conveniently off Hwy 55 in Eden Valley, MN, has an opportunity for someone with Shipping and Receiving experience for either 1st or 2nd shift.

Duties include, but not limited to, following all safety requirements, checking in customer product, entering data into the computer, understanding and following the traveler, packaging completed product to be shipped back to the customer, preparing shipping labels, BOL’s, pack slips, etc, understanding and following the quality management system to recognize non-confirming products, etc.

To be successful in the Shipping and Receiving position, you will need to have 1-2 years of shipping and receiving experience (must be reflected on your application), the ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, stand and move around the area for long periods of time, be familiar with computers and data entry, and be able to work in a hot environment.

Hours:

• 1st shift: Regular shift is Monday through Thursday 5a-3p and Fridays 5a-1p.
• 2nd shift: Regular shift is Monday through Thursday 3p-1a and Fridays from 1p-9p.

Pay:

• 1st Shift: $17/hr
• 2nd Shift: $20/hr
• Increase opportunity after 90 days based on performance.
• Quarterly incentive based on achievement of production targets. Average payout is between $500-$1000.
