RIE Coatings LLC Hiring for Production Operators at Eden Valley, MN Full Time

RIE Coatings, located in Eden Valley, MN, has opportunities for Production Operators on both 1st and 2nd shifts. Duties include following all safety requirements, operating a coatings machine, moving heavy bins of product with a pallet jack or forklift, mixing coatings, quality checking parts, raking parts out of the oven, entering data into the computer, etc. This job requires you to be on your feet, bending, reaching, grabbing, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Hours:

• 1st shift: Regular shift is Monday through Friday 7a-3p. Overtime shift is 5a-3p.
• 2nd shift: Regular shift is Monday through Friday 3p-11p. Overtime shift is 3p-1a.

Pay:

• Starting pay is $17/hour with a $3/hour shift differential for 2nd shift.
• Increase opportunity after 90 days.
• Quarterly incentive based on achievement of production targets. Average payout is between $500-$1000.
