3rd shift Machine Operators Needed!

RIE Coatings, conveniently located on Hwy 55 in Eden Valley, MN, is looking for Machine Operators for 3rd shift.

JOB DUTIES: General job duties for a Machine Operator include, but are not limited to, following all safety and quality requirements, understanding and following a traveler, entering data into the computer, inspecting parts for quality and proper processing, moving heaving bins of product with a pallet jack, loading and unloading product in the machine, etc. These are labor-intense positions requiring a high level of detail and a commitment to working safely.

SHIFT HOURS: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am Sunday through Thursday. All training will be conducted on 1st or 2nd shift for the first 4-6 weeks.

PAY: $17.00/hour plus a $3.50/hour shift differential. 90 Day performance increase opportunity plus quarterly bonus opportunities averaging between $500 and $750!

REQUIREMENTS: All positions require you to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis; have a full range of motion, bending, lifting, reaching, grabbing, twisting, etc.; be on your feet for long periods of time, and work in a hot environment.

Previous experience working in a manufacturing/production environment is preferred but not required.
