Ridgeback was incorporated in September 2016 to acquire substantially all of the assets and business of a mid-sized, western Canadian oil producer undergoing a corporate restructuring. Backed primarily by private equity investors, Apollo Global Management LLC & Blackstone Credit, the transaction closed on December 29, 2016. On June 15, 2017 the current executive team was appointed, bringing significant oil and gas experience including a history of operational excellence.

Our executive team has worked together in several successful entities and are focused on developing the Company’s existing asset base, increasing the inventory of future drilling opportunities, expanding the current geographic footprint and seeking consolidation and other liquidity opportunities.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Oilfield Operator to ensure that our manufacturing equipment is operating at its optimal capacity. In this position, you will perform regular inspections on the machines to ensure there are no immediate issues. When an issue does arise, you will take the machine offline, troubleshoot the problem, and return it to working order as soon as possible. While a degree or certificate in a related field is beneficial, our ideal applicant has extensive experience in manufacturing and familiarity with our company equipment.

Process Operator Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect machines on a regular basis
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Order and install replacement parts
• Keep a detailed record of all maintenance
• Work to keep the manufacturing floor safe and efficient

Process Operator Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Extensive manufacturing experience
• Mechanical skills and experience
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $60,000.00 per year
