Role Overview: As a Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role contributing to RLB’s continued success and gold standard reputation within the construction industry. This dynamic position offers a unique blend of responsibilities, including producing competitive bids and submissions, compiling project case studies and driving marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce competitive bids & submissions with a focus on quality assurance.

• Draft engaging LinkedIn posts and project case studies

• Assist with detailed ing and graphic design work within branding guidelines.

• Drive marketing initiatives from inception to completion.

• Organise branded marketing collateral and occasionally assist with small-scale event organisation.

• Utilise AI for bid submission content, streamlining the bidding process and ensuring consistency and efficiency.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• A tertiary qualification in English, Communications, marketing, or equivalent work experience.

• The ability to write fresh, and creative content to tight deadlines within the framework of strong brand guidelines.

• Attention to detail

• A fast learner comfortable with technology, keen to understand the inner workings of the construction industry.

• Highly organised, able to juggle several projects at once.

• Works well independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills, a confident writer.

• Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Word

• Adobe Suite & InDesign skills would be advantageous, but training can be provided for the right person.
