RIDE NORTH Hiring for Online Marketing Specialist at Kingsford, MI Full Time

RIDE NORTH is now seeking an in-office Social Media and Online Marketing Specialist to work out of our Kingsford, MI retail and office location.

Must be able to work full-time, year-round and roughly our retail hours (9am-6pm Tuesday thru Friday and 9a-4pm most Saturdays. That being said, event participation need not be in addition to store hours and overall coordination of schedule of in- and out-of-office work opportunites we be discussed with Office Manager after determining if you are the right fit for this position.

The Marketing Specialist must be SUPER ENERGETIC, CREATIVE, and SOCIAL MEDIA SAVVY. You must be proactive and have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Expectations:

• Manage grass roots marketing efforts that may include but is not limited to: Fresh and Up to Date Website Pages, Call Campaigns to current customers (not cold calls), Chat Room Maintenance, Direct Mail, Email Marketing, Google Ad-words Management, Call Tracking, Social media, and In-store and Store Front Graphic Design and Marketing.
• Develop, implement and monitor social media initiatives, such as campaigns, that support key strategic objectives.
• Manage the online social media presence for the Powersports Group Brand
• Contribute to the creative process for social and other marketing materials.
• Manage online discussions by responding in a timely manner to users’ needs and requests.

Additional Expectations:

• Will attend events, organize events, and put their face out in the public – must be willing and enthusiastic about being THE FACE of RIDE NORTH.
• MUST already have a proven HEAVY SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERIENCE –

Preferably including live feeds & Tik Tok posting.

• Passion and enthusiasm for powersports strongly preferred but not required

Base wages starting in the upper teens per hour, depending on proven talent.
Eligible for Overtime pay for all hours worked over 40 hours per week.

Additional Benefits for Full Time Employment positions:
50% medical contribution after 90 days,
100% contribution up to 3% towards 401k retirement after one year.

*All Office staff are required to work 2-3 Saturdays a month.
*Lunch/break time of day flexible and can exceed half an hour for personal agenda.
