Job Purpose
ยท To support the Head of Education and Qualification Policy (HoEQP) and other EQP team managers in developing accurate systems of recording and monitoring quality and policy decisions as they relate to the wider EQS activities.
ยท To support Qualifications and Development Assessment Managers (QADMs) in undertaking project work in relation to Review into the Profession, through conducting administrative and support project work as required.
ยท To provide accurate and timely information to support the External Quality Assurance of apprenticeship assessments
ยท To support EQP team managers in reviewing and updating information held on D365 to ensure data is accurate and up to date
Key Responsibilities
ยท Ensure effective and collaborative relationships are built with both internal and – external stakeholders
ยท Support management of effective recording of quality control and policy requirements
ยท Support setting up of meetings, roundtable events and other group meetings
ยท Manage internal databases ensuring accurate records maintained
ยท Take minutes from internal meetings and support development of regulator reports
ยท Preparation of internal and external responses to communications
ยท Update policies and guidance and disseminate to relevant internal/external personnel
Expected Outcomes
ยท Development of robust quality assurance and policy recording systems
ยท Supporting HoEQP in development of robust quality assurance and policy systems
ยท Supporting QADMs in review into the profession and development of qualification and membership frameworks as a result of research and recommendations
ยท Supporting accreditation team in monitoring provider accreditation and reaccreditation activity where required
ยท Any other administrative functions as required from time to time
Experience / Skills Required
ยท Excellent written and oral communication skills
ยท Excellent organisational and time management skills
ยท Ability to problem solve with attention to detail
ยท Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
ยท Competent using office management tools (MS Office software)
ยท A good team player and professional conduct and respect to others
Desirable
ยท Customer service skills
ยท Experience or knowledge of RICS products and services
ยท Knowledge of Quality assurance systems and processes
ยท Knowledge of educational frameworks

Salary: ยฃ25,000.00-ยฃ30,000.00 per year
