Job Description

Richmond Medical Clinic has an immediate opening for a Medical Office Assistant! Looking for someone to work 30 hours each week, will be Monday to Thursday 8:30-4:30pm.

Responsibilities

  • Reception responsibilities include answering phones, booking appointments, responding to messages
  • Administrative responsibilities including processing mail, scanning documents, handling patient results
  • Patient responsibilities include rooming patients, vitals (height, weight, blood pressure, temperature) patient tests (urine, strep, vision)
  • Use of EMR software to log all patient encounters

Qualifications

  • Experience in a medical environment, family practice preferred
  • Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) (preferably PS Suites).

Part-time hours: 30 per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: From $17.50 per hour
