Richmond Allergy and Asthma Specialists is a privately-owned specialty practice that cares about finding the cause of patient’s allergy and asthma symptoms. We are well known for our thorough work-up so the best treatment can be offered to help our patients feel better.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Scheduling new and existing patients for appointments.
• Answering incoming calls and providing information to patients in preparation for appointments.
• Obtain or verify demographic and patient’s insurance information.
• Insurance verification and checking benefits of health plans.
• Assisting patients with check in-and check-out process.
• Collecting patient payments.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year experience in medical office setting (Preferred).
• 1 year of customer service and computer skills (Required).

Education:

• High School or equivalent (Required). Some college education would be preferred.
