Talent Acquisition Coordinator – 3 month contract

Being the part of a diverse and collaborative HR Team, this is a great opportunity to add value in recruitment, sourcing, teamwork, and stakeholders’ coordination.

You will be supporting the Talent Acquisition team and HR Managers with the objective of efficiently and successfully organising and coordinating high-volume interview activity with a focus on exceptional candidate experience. You will also assist in the sourcing of candidates to create pipelines and assessing talent. You will be self-directed, detail-oriented, a problem solver with a strong customer service mindset.

This role is for an intitial 3 month period, with a view to extend if successful.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Support the Talent Acquisition team on all recruitment activity and admin
• Scheduling phone / video or in person interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency whilst delivering a great candidate experience
• Ensuring detailed feedback is provided following each interview
• Apply proactive search techniques to identify passive candidates, shortlisting candidates, phone screening etc
• Maintain recruitment database ensuring information is up to date in relation to all interviews scheduled and conducted to feedback to HR Managers
• Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates
• Administering the internal career platform (opening and closing requisitions, liaising with candidates, producing reports)
• Ad-hoc project support as necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• What knowledge and experience you should have:

• PC and digital literacy including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams
• 1 year + experience in-house or agency experience dealing with Recruitment is essential
