STUDENT SERVICES MANAGER

£35,163 – £37,759

We have a great opportunity for a caring, personable and compassionate individual to join us in the role of Student Services Manager. Responsible for managing the social, moral and spiritual well-being of the students across the college communities. The successful candidate will be joining an established team who work closely together to ensure we deliver first-rate pastoral care for all our students. Applicants should be professional, personable and committed to providing an excellent service on behalf of the college and wider Trust, and above all else our appointed candidate will have a positive work ethic and can-do attitude.

Our ideal candidate will bring with them an ability to foster excellent working relationships with a variety of stakeholders and contacts both within the college and external agencies, and will have a positive mind-set that means they will go over and above to support our students without a moment’s hesitation. You will have the ability to build rapport with people in and around the College community and inspire students to reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will be required to work 37 hours per week, 52 weeks a year with a 25 day holiday allocation plus bank holidays.

All successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.
