The Role

As the Senior Finance Manager, your responsibilities will be broad and will involve exposure across the finance function. Working closely with and reporting to a skilled Finance Director, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Management and continued development of a high achieving finance team (5)

• Oversight of all accounting operations

• Statutory reporting in line with IFRS and US GAAP requirements

• Implement, monitor, and document internal controls and ensure compliance under SOX

• Liaison with sales and group functions to support sales activity

• Preparation of month and quarter ends, including the uploading of revenue, P&L and Balance Sheet

• Manage external audits for statutory reporting and parent company consolidated audits

• Assist in the implementation of any relevant accounting standards

• Ad hoc projects in conjunction with the corporate finance team

Your Background

To be considered for this Senior Finance Manager role, ideally you will possess the following characteristics:

• Prior and relevant experience to the proposed tasks

• MUST HAVE US GAAP / IFRS experience

• MUST HAVE SOX experience

• MUST HAVE Team management and development experience

• Prior experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Reporting Manager, Senior Finance Manager or Financial Controller

• Qualified CA / CPA (or equivalent)

• Have worked in a commercial, multi-national business and may have prior experience working in a Chartered environment

• The attitude to take on new challenges and build on your duties

• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise with all levels of stakeholders
