As a successful Recruitment Program Manager, you will lead the RHP recruitment program in the areas of overall direction and strategy, employer branding and continuous process improvements. Administer recruiting process for Corporate and Field positions throughout the United States with focus on locating and identifying qualified candidates to fill vacant positions in a timely manner.

Program Manager Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of the various job boards (ZipRecruiter, Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other posting sites)
• Create and implement employer branding initiatives and marketing tools for recruitment purposes
• Develop interview tools and templates to assist in selecting quality candidates for open positions
• Act as expeditor to monitor hiring requisitions with periods of inactivity, identity and resolve delays to keep progress moving
• Identify creative sourcing methods for hard to fill roles
• Research and recommend strategies for improving the candidate recruitment experience
• Create and monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure performance results
• Identify and implement RHP Talent process refinements
• Staff training on technology and tools (best practices for each job board, Zoom interviews, etc.).

Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Work with hiring managers to recruit qualified candidates for corporate and field positions
• Manage, process and maintain job postings
• Screen resumes and refer qualified applicants to hiring managers
• Phone screen applicants for open positions
• Interview and/or and coordinate interview schedules for all necessary levels of management.
• Provide input to creation and development of recruitment/retention policies and procedures
• Create various staffing reporting as needed
• System administration for Application Tracking System used for recruiting and onboarding
• Track, monitor and report effectiveness of recruiting efforts
• Schedule and administer testing materials for employment candidates as needed
• Act as liaison between managers and staffing agencies whenever the need for temporary employees arises
• Research and implement various job posting resources to maximize candidate interest and response
• Make occasional travel arrangements for out-of-state candidates or interviews
• Prepare for and attend job fairs on behalf of RHP as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience
• Bachelors Degree in Business or Human Resources Administration or related field, preferred
• Experience with Cadient Talent Acquisition or other applicant tracking system (ATS) software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focus
• Detail oriented with strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills
• Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
