Rhino-Back Roofing is looking to add a Roofing Sales Professional to our growing team. We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable candidate for an outside sales opportunity. This position is responsible for inspecting and estimating residential properties for roof replacement, presenting findings to the homeowner and getting a signed commitment. Ideally, we are seeking a candidate with top preforming sales experience; in-home or B2B.

COMPENSATION

• $90,000.00 – $150,000.00+
• W-2 position- not sub contractor

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect and estimate residential roof replacement projects *OUR OFFICE GENERATES THE LEADS AND SETS THE APPOINTMENTS
• Meet with homeowners and explain our process using our proven selling system
• Get commitments from customers for us to handle their project
• Work as a contributing member of our high performance sales team

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of sales experience with top producing results
• construction sales experience/ in-home or B2B sales experience
• Must have excellent verbal communication and sales skills
• Must be self-driven & highly motivated
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and quotas
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
