Senior Civil Engineer

London

Salary: £50k

They are looking for an ambitious and driven Senior Civil Engineer to join the Civils team in their South West London office, working with like-minded individuals who all strive to lead change and Engineer a Better Society.

The business strives and encourages sustainability in everything they do and work on diverse projects.

Some of the clients they work with are : Galliford try, Skanska, Thomlinson’s and local builders.

The company & office:

–          Within the company there tends to be around 100 people across the business consisting of 9 teams.

–          In their South West office there is 40 odd people. On the Civils side there is 6/7 people.

–          The exterior of the office, makes their company look small but within the interior of the office there is 2 floors.

–          On the first floor, its structural engineering department and on the second floor is where the Civils team is along with another structural engineering team.

The ideal engineer

The engineer should possess a minimum of 4 years’ experience with a focus on below ground drainage including:

–          They are keen on applications from Civil Engineers who are, or are working towards becoming, Incorporated or Chartered with ICE.

–          Micro drainage, PDS, SUDS, Cut and fill, Pavement/ hardstanding design, External levels, Flood risk assessments, Civils 3D or equivalent software.

–          It would be beneficial if you have experience of S278 and S38 design, but this is not essential.
