RPC is a modern, progressive and commercially-oriented City legal services business. From our offices in the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore we provide advice to both UK and international clients.
What we do
Our practice spans a wide range of industry sectors and is broadly split into two discrete areas: insurance and corporates. Working on both contentious and non-contentious matters, our clients range from large multinationals to growth UK corporate firms and other professional practices, and include many household names.

Where we work
We act for a large number of international clients with interests throughout the world. We have offices in both the UK and Asia and, as a founder-member of TerraLex – one of the world’s largest legal networks – we have strong links with law firms in over 100 jurisdictions allowing us to offer a seamless service to our clients across the globe.
Background
You will work within the People & Talent Development (P&TD) Team and will be based in the Bristol office, helping the team to provide a proactive and forward thinking resourcing service to its internal clients.
The role has operational responsibility for lateral recruitment into the Insurance and Legal Services departments in London and Bristol. You will work closely with Partners and hiring managers to source the best talent for their teams; you will liaise with the firms preferred supplier list of agencies and direct source where it is appropriate to do so; you will shortlist CV’s and get involved in interviewing candidates and, ultimately, influence hiring decisions positively. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with the wider P&TD team on projects and events.
You will work in conjunction with the People & Talent Development Team, reporting to the People Manager, to deliver the People strategy.
