WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Delivery and development of core leadership development programming for all Reynolds American employees exceeding global expectations

Internal marketing strategy to improve target population identification and total participation within the learning portfolio

Alignment of program portfolio to D&I strategy and goals

Digital learning system management and marketing of virtual tools/resources

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline

Minimum of seven (7) years of related experience

Development and facilitation of leadership development programs, team strategy and organizational effectiveness sessions

Outstanding stakeholder management skills, specifically supporting executive or senior leadership groups.

High-value vendor and external stakeholder management skills Experience managing a catalog of learning development offerings Experience building and delivering leadership assessments through integration with learning and development programming.

BENEFICIAL

Masters in Human Resources or Business Administration

Development of e-learning and/or digitally focused learning content with common tools (Illustrator, Storyline 360, etc)

Management and administration of Learning Management System
