We are searching for a Regional Talent Acquisition Representative to join our team supporting cohorts of multiple manufacturing facilities. This role is hybrid and will be based in our Lake Forest, IL headquarters three days a week and working from home two days a week.

As a Regional Talent Acquisition Representative, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for our open hourly plant-level positions within a designated geographic location by using creative sourcing techniques to find, qualify, and present the best candidates. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Coordinate with plant leadership to determine hiring needs and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Utilize multiple recruitment channels such as social media, professional networks, and industry contacts.
• Coordinate the scheduling of interviews with hiring managers.
• Create all offer letters for hourly hires.
• Manage the pre-employment process.
• Ensure consistency across the overall recruiting process.
• Manage job postings on a variety of external job sites.
• Ensure DEI principles are adhered to throughout the talent acquisition life cycle.
• Where required, partner with plant teams on community outreach initiatives.
• Provide accurate ing on recruiting metrics.
• Ensure EEO and compliance requirements are adhered to.

Ultimately, you will build the talent in our company by ensuring that we are using the best methods possible to find top talent and identifying and implementing improvements to drive performance objectives across the organization.

We need you to have:

• BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 2+ years of related professional Human Resource experience with an emphasis in Talent Acquisition or Staffing
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience using social networking for sourcing
• Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
• Ability to travel to plant locations, as needed (up to 25%)

Icing on the cake:

• Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) or Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR)
• Experience working in the Consumer Product Goods industry
• Proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Luceo
