Reyco Granning, LLC Hiring for Staff Accountant Job at Mount Vernon, MO Full Time

Reyco Granning, LLC has an opening at its Mt. Vernon, MO production facility for a Staff Accountant. This position will report to the VP of Finance. This position is an important supporting role in our Accounting Department.

Responsibilities include daily cash reconciliation; assisting with end of the month close and account reconciliation; supporting annual financial audit and other audits as needed; assisting in maintaining product standard cost system; ensuring inventory balances and cost are correct and are reconciled to General Ledger; assisting in the analyzation of manufacturing and purchasing variances; process and cost Engineering Change Request’s as received from the Engineering Department; providing monthly inventory Roll Forward report. This position is to be the backup for AR/AP functions and assist the VP of Finance and Senior Accountant as needed.

Qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; above average verbal and written communication skills; the ability to problem solve with strong aptitude for mathematics along with the ability to use independent judgement and to manage and impart confidential information with integrity. Advanced Excel capability is considered a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required. Relevant accounting work experience is preferred but not required.
