Job Description

Bosch Rexroth Canada Corp. is looking for a recent Manufacturing Engineering Graduate/Co-op student to join the team on a 8 month work term.

As the Manufacturing Engineering Graduate/Co-op, you will evaluate products and their manufacturing processes that are designed and manufactured in-house for the snow and ice control market, in order to provide feedback including recommendations for improvement & comparisons against best manufacturing practices

This will expose you to the various processes that take place within Bosch Rexroth and you will gain diverse real-world work experiences and the chance to make very real contributions to the company while building the skills and networking needed to succeed with a company like Bosch Rexroth or similar

Qualifications

2021/2022 Year University Graduate from a Manufacturing Engineering Degree or Masters Program

Preference given to candidates with 1-2 years of prior work experience (coop placement or other) in a manufacturing engineering environment

SAP knowledge will be considered an asset

Influential communicator, self-starter, dynamic, assertive, empathetic, focused, responsible and optimistic

Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities

Willing to take ownership of your responsibilities and a strategic planner with excellent self-management traits

Organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
