Job Description
This is the operational HR lead role within our Bosch Rexroth UK sales organisation. As Human Resources Manager, you will serve as the lead HR Business Partner for the Bosch Rexroth UK sales organisation supporting approximately 300 associates, primarily based across 3 main locations in the UK. You will work in close partnership with senior leadership, be part of our UK and global HR team across both Bosch Rexroth and the wider Bosch group. You will manage a small team of both HR professional and HR administration staff.
The position is based at our Head Office in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, with the requirement to travel regularly to our other locations within the UK to provide HR support. International travel is occasionally required. Working from home for up to 5 days per month is also available.
Responsibilities include:
Serve as the HR lead with all HRBP and local HR support staff reporting to you.
Forming part of the Strategic management team, responsible for driving and supporting Profitable Growth, Leadership Development, Organisational and Cultural Change within Bosch Rexroth
Coordinate and drive HR topics such as Recruitment, Young Talent Programmes, Onboarding, Retention, Health and Wellbeing Initiatives, Career Development, Employee Relations in partnership with the HR Business Partner.
Implement and execute Bosch Global HR processes (e.g. Talent Management, Salary Review, etc).
Advise the Global HR Corporate process experts and Corporate Policy Owners on country-specific operational HR topics.
Collaborate closely with senior management and respective operational HR leads across the Bosch UK organisation
Lead and develop the maturity and competence of our operational HR associates.
Leverage HR digitalization, automation, and HR shared services in the region to maximise HR efficiency.
Working with HR Shared Service organisation to ensure high quality administration of all activities within the defined remit.
Support managers to ensure compliance with required mandatory training across all functional areas
This position reports to the local Director for the Bosch Rexroth sales organisation in the UK, but has close links to our regional and corporate human resources network.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across hierarchies and different cultural backgrounds.
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility paired with a clear focus on delivery of strategic business objectives and implementation thereof.
Goal orientation and drive to achieve results.
Ideally, you have experience in a large, multinational organisation.
Experience of working with an HR shared service organisation to enhance and maximise service levels
Solid HR working experience at a senior level (minimally 7-10 years).
Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation, employee relations processes, including merger and acquisition experience
CIPD qualification or related business degree is preferred. Masters degree in HR is highly desirable.
